Welcome! Zone 3 would like to welcome all new owners.

This website has been built to aid all owners in Zone 3, whether or not you rent out your property. Mostly it is aimed at promoting the resort and the surrounding area to encourage visitors, whilst also providing an owners page where you can advertise items for sale, tell us your looking for a Portuguese registered car, ask questions, find information.. the list will continue to grow as demand drives it. Want to meet other owners? Let Bob know and he will try and arrange a sundowner on the beach. As you can imagine it wont be as easy as booking a table in a restaurant as were not full time residents but he will try.
